At Penns Valley Veterinary Clinic, we are always ready to serve your animal and answer your questions or concerns.  Dr Joe is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  We have an answering service that is always in direct contact with the doctor when he is on call.  Whenever you call us, you will always get an individual who is willing and able to help you.
